This place was hard to find for me. My GPS said I was here, but I didn’t see their sign at all. I called them and found out they’re inside a place call Champion Gourmet. All these drinks were absolutely delicious! The people were very helpful and knowledgeable as well, when you asked them specific questions about the teas, they were happy to describe the flavor of the teas, where it came from, how the leaves were grown, etc.
The staff here is REALLY REALLY nice and drinks superb very far from the taste of teas out there. My husband is picky when it comes to drinking teas. But this one is his favorite not only they used high class tea, but you can assure that they don't just put syrups and sugary stuff on your drink. The
Tried their infamous Strawberry Basil Lemonade on my first visit. Tbh I prefer sweet mint rather than basil. That earthy basil scent makes the drink feels heavy and savory but not refeshing as what I would expect from a lemonade.
Service is good and fast though.
The creama on top of my black tea was superb. The way they had us drink it was very detailed. You're supposed to drink half of this drink without the straw to get the full creama flavor with the tea, then insert the straw and stir the remaining half. One of the places where you can get quality tea with actual fresh ingredients in Los Angeles County. By fresh I mean they use fresh mint and basil leaves inside of their drinks.
FYI I do not recommend any toppings with these special flavor drinks as they distract from the drinks themselves.
