This place was hard to find for me. My GPS said I was here, but I didn’t see their sign at all. I called them and found out they’re inside a place call Champion Gourmet. Once you know that, you’ll see a little neon sign that says Tenju Tea House. Clean, nice and helpful staff, good tea! I had the Monk Tea.

All these drinks were absolutely delicious! The people were very helpful and knowledgeable as well, when you asked them specific questions about the teas, they were happy to describe the flavor of the teas, where it came from, how the leaves were grown, etc.

The staff here is REALLY REALLY nice and drinks superb very far from the taste of teas out there. My husband is picky when it comes to drinking teas. But this one is his favorite not only they used high class tea, but you can assure that they don't just put syrups and sugary stuff on your drink. The tea itself carry the good flavor and aroma. Very refreshing and healthy depends on what drinks did you order. We bought a jasmine tea leaves box and you can see and smell that it is really high class. This is a definitely must try and highly recommended, thou parking is kinda difficult coz its on a busy area but you can never go wrong here.

Tried their infamous Strawberry Basil Lemonade on my first visit. Tbh I prefer sweet mint rather than basil. That earthy basil scent makes the drink feels heavy and savory but not refeshing as what I would expect from a lemonade.
Service is good and fast though.

The creama on top of my black tea was superb. The way they had us drink it was very detailed. You're supposed to drink half of this drink without the straw to get the full creama flavor with the tea, then insert the straw and stir the remaining half. Definitely recommend this place for their fresh selection of tea.

One of the places where you can get quality tea with actual fresh ingredients in Los Angeles County. By fresh I mean they use fresh mint and basil leaves inside of their drinks.
FYI I do not recommend any toppings with these special flavor drinks as they distract from the drinks themselves.
The one I love most is the strawberry basil lemonade. It has perfect flavor and is perfectly balanced with strawberry lemonade and basil.
The one I got today was the orange mint mojito with 50% sugar which I thought was perfect since the orange already makes the drink sweet. It has a fresh taste from the mint paired along with the orange flavor.
My friend got the lavender lemonade and I would say it needs to be 100% sweetness to counter the bitterness of the lavender flavor. If you love lavender flavor then you will like this drink.

Their milk tea is always delicious, very flavorful and balanced. Their boba quality isn't as consistent, but still good.
I have yet to try their tea leaves for sale, but the selection they have is intriguing. I'll have to try one when I get the chance. They have products which make nice gifts in that section.

My home away from home. I enjoy everything about this place. They're so friendly and everything make is freaking delicious. If you like tea I do recommend coming here. You won't regret!
