El Pollo Loco - Hacienda Heights - Photo album

Went today, Monday. Not busy. But slow service & cashier had an attitude. Got home & my takeout order was wrong. Time to find another place. P.S. cashier kept my receipt so when I called I didn't have my order # to reference. Keep receipts!

This location had terrible customer service. Tried to charge us for something that other locations do charge. This use to be a great location but management changed.

Very rude employees and manager doesn't do her job. Let's these young girls act dumb and cuss. Food was nasty and broccoli was brown and raw. Place is not even clean.
