I have used their service for more than a decade. Since COVID, they have had a hard time finding people to work there. Delivery has been late or slow. NOW warning when you redeem a free pizza with no additional orders, your pizza will arrive after an hour or so. Ex, I submitted my order at 5:45. It is nearly 6:55. Still have not gotten a notification saying the driver is on the way.
We love Dominoes! We especially love when Peyton-THE Pizza Expert makes our dishes. They are all made to perfection and nearly picture perfect! Thanks Dominoes you make our Friday nights fun!
Quick delivery. Polite service. Hot food. Open late. However, I was disappointed when I ordered extra spinach on my pizza and only got about two leaves of spinach. They did make it right by giving me enough Domino's points for a free pizza. I'm cool with that.
Considering this is a chain AND in the middle of an area with family owned pizza places, I was pleasantly surprised to have notably great service! I ordered 2 pies, got 3. Never would have even noticed that they hadn't added extra cheese to one I ordered if they hadn't sent the mess up pie for free. So I got a free pie and THEN received a free meal email from the place right after, after not even mentioning the mess up. Not only that but I asked them not to ring the doorbell bc of my dogs and the driver was SO kind to call me and let me know his car was louder and he didn't want to disturb my dogs, and wanted to see if he needed to figure something else out. Absolutely never had such service from ANY pizza place in this town.
