We had a great experience. Our server was fantastic. The food was excellent. My kids liked it. There were plenty of non alcoholic fun drinks options. Most of us had one of the flavored lemonades and they were delicious. As always the rolls and butter were amazing.
The food here was very filling, but the mashed potatoes were kind of watery. Pretty good country atmosphere but was very crowded and was told that was normal.
We went on a Momday and was able to participate in pumpkin making for the kids. Everything was delicious and the staff very friendly.
Texas Roadhouse is a chain restaurant offering steaks with a western theme. I’ve never had a bad meal there and only once had to stop someone from choking to death. The staff was very kind and comped the meal despite the fact that it wasn’t their fault.
The main dish here is steak, although you can get chicken and ribs as well as shrimp. They offer all you can eat rolls which are replenished without asking. They also used offer peanuts the same way and the shells were thrown on the floor to reinforce the casual atmosphere. You now have to request the peanuts and they’re no longer thrown on the floor. There is a kids menu and a full bar. The worst thing is you might have to wait a bit as it’s very popular. Never had a bad steak there.

This was not our first visit to Texas Roadhouse, but we were greeted and welcomed as though it was. We were seated quickly at a clean table, and our drink order was placed. My husband ordered steak & shrimp, I ordered steak and chicken critters. Since my well done steak came out overdone, our wonderful waitress, Rianne, sent it back for a replacement. We always get greeted promptly, are offered drinks after we sit, and our food always comes out of the kitchen fresh, hot and relatively fast considering how busy it can get at times. Bus people were clearing and cleaning tables efficiently and quickly upon guests finishing up and leaving. Both the manager and assistant came out to check in on our experience and meal. I saw the manager approach other patron tables as well!
The staff here at this location truly want all guests to have a Stellar experience, and it definitely shows!

Thank You Hadley Roadhouse! We have tried many locations, and this location is one of our favorites. It's staff is friendly and helpful. The dining areas, lobby, bar area and restrooms are always all very clean. We don't live close by, so it's a treat to come in for a date night when we are in the area. This visit was memorable, and we will absolutely return again!!! 10 stars!
Steak was cooked to perfection. Went on a Sunday night. Whoever is cooking knows how to cook a steak at the right temp requested (medium rare).
Amber was our waitress. She was kind, professional, and knowledgeable of the menu. She continuously checked on us to see if we needed anything. She kept an eye on our drinks and refilled when needed. Would definitely want her as our waitress again. Also, the manager came out to see how our food was. I liked that the manager of the restaurant makes an appearance and checks on their tables. I told her no complaints and we were having a great time.
I would highly recommend this texas roadhouse and will definitely be back.
First time there and seated right away. Waitress was very courteous and attentive. Enjoyed the meal we ordered. If American food is your taste this is the place for you.
While detouring through Pioneer Valley, I stopped here for dinner with some friends and family. Breaking down and going all in, I had the 23oz porterhouse steak. The steak was cooked just how I liked. But the total experience was topped with the excellent service that was attentive, prompt and personable.
Chain or not, if looking for a good steakhouse, Texas Roadhouse hits the spot.
Four of us had a wonderful meal and teriffic service tonight. 2 ordered the filet medallions, my wife ordered pork chops (served with no bones) and I had the salmon. All were superb! Our server Cha-Chi, was perfect. She was right there when we needed her without asking. She couldn't have done better. A table next to us celebrated a birthday. The person celebrating sat on the saddle and the entire place shouted yeehaw!!! The place was packed and yet we were still seated almost immediately. A great evening.
I've eaten here about a half a dozen times. Each one was memorable for different reasons. First off, let me get down to brass tacks: the steaks here and perfect -- each one cooked to your specifications. The appetizers are fantastic (I recommend the grilled shrimp skewers). I was too stuffed for desserts when we last visited but I've had some previously. They were great. The service was excellent, with our server never abandoning us and always being prepared. The quality of the food is really the centerpiece. This is a restaurant at it's peak. Please dont change, Texas Roadhouse!
Absolutely great experience. The staff were friendly and attentive and our server definitely brought her A game. The food came out quickly and even though my steak was a bit too rare for my liking, they were very accommodating and even gave me a new order of steak fries when the steak came back out. Overall a fantastic experience and I'm so glad we decided to try it out.
This was my 1st time ever at a Texas Roadhouse and it was amazing! I only had to wait 17 mins to be seated on a busy Friday night and the food tasted amazing and let me tell you please ask for Cha-Chi to be your server! She is very knowledgeable and will tell you the truth on the food taste and recommended great drinks and all and she kept up on our service with drinks and everything when she was sat with multiple tables at 1 time! She is a very beautiful person with a beautiful personality and will make sure you are well taken care of! Texas Roadhouse she is a great edition to your company and she deserves a raise or a promotions because it's hard to find workers that are as knowledgeable and dedicated to their job as she is! Her recommendations from drinks appetizers and food were Phenomenal. Thank you for making my 1st experience one to remember and I definitely will return again. Ty Cha-Chi u are amazing!
The meal is always good. We love the porterhouse and share it. With baked potato and salad we're good to go! It's worth the price.
Texas Roadhouse has been a great place for family to enjoy great steaks at a great price and each other! I recommend it for that special time to be with family and friends.
