To be honest, it's been a while since I went out to a coffee shop with my dear friend Gwyn, but this Saturday morning we decided to get back to the tradition of it all. She chose Shelburne Falls because it's currently her favorite coffee shop, she goes there like every Thursday.

This business goes thru its ups & downs, seems like just when good staff starts to get things going a few leave, then it struggles again. I've had super experiences w/staff but then I've also had a 45min wait for a bagel where I was the only one there and the staff didn't care. Their bakery items

really nice local small chain. coffee is really good. the baked goods aren't too sweet to gooly. the sandwiches are a good size and yummy there's real chicken in the chicken sandwich. really nice atmosphere although they don't have the real estate that the works or Starbucks does

Great atmosphere. Employees were so kind. Love the music + vibe. Not to mention that the coffee and food is amazing. Had the Chicken Bacon Ranch sandwich and it was both fresh and delicious. Definitely recommend.
Food is good but the peach cobbler latte is not good. Soooo thick and syrupy.

SF has outstanding coffee and exceptional service- every time. No exceptions. I have been so impressed with their safety procedures during the pandemic, and continue to recommend them as my favorite brand of local coffee. Their sandwiches are also fabulous!
My absolute favorite local coffee spot. Even better with the new location on Main St. In Northampton. Great food, comfy atmosphere, and the employees really seem to enjoy their jobs. Frequent stops here because I absolutely love the coffee. It never tastes like it's burnt or been sitting for too long, unlike with some places that seem less careful of the freshness of their coffee. Delicious food, too. Breakfast sandwiches are among the best, always fresh and hot. Friendly staff
My favorite local coffee place hands down! Their drinks are always delicious! I love the seasonal specialties. They have great food options as well. I find them to be the most reasonably priced coffee in the area. They have a great space at this location-plenty of parking & seating. Our go to spot!
