Ordered take out, went inside to pick up order and 2 waiters walked by without acknowledging me to see if I was all set. I didn't wait too long but woukd at least be recognized while standing there. Got the blackened shrimp Alfredo and spinach artichoke dip, was pretty good.
Normally, the service here is great, but on this night, my daughter and her friends didn't get their appetizer until they were almost done with their meals. My daughter also had to wait 20 minutes after everyone else got their food because they dropped hers on the way out. 20 minutes to cook another Impossible Burger, seems a little long. Like I said normally the food is great as is the service so I'm hoping tonight was just an off night.
The place has a very good ambience for both a date and for hanging out with friends. I ordered bourbon street chicken and shrimp which was super delicious. The spicy buffalo wings tasted very well with the ranch dressing. The french onion soup was also prepared well. The triple chocolate meltdown was a perfect finisher to this awesome meal. It was an amazing experience!
I ordered delivery from Applebee's yesterday.

Uber Eats was the courier that delivered yesterday's order.
All of the items in the order were present and were delivered in a timely manner.
The Oreo Shake is really good. It's not really thick, but it's refreshing.
I haven't been to Applebee's in a few years, but was in the area, so I stopped in for a late lunch. Got the tex-mex bowl, which was a fair amount of shrimp with cilantro rice (not fresh cilantro, though), pico de gallo, guacamole and tortilla chip strips. It was a good size serving, though still overpriced at $14.00. Service was good and fast. The restaurant was clean and had a good sound system. But they have a tablet checkout system at just about every table - which is pretty cool in concept. I felt like just looking at it was going to give me a disease. It was filthy and the keypad was caked in finger grime and sticky. And I felt like I pretty much had to use this thing to check out.
I'm from California and used to having in n out.... This place, in my opinion, beat them out in taste! It was so tasty! Their onion rings were pretty good too but I stole it from my sister. Great place, loved the orange stools!
Delicious meal. I tried the blue raspberry lemonade and the strawberry lemonade for my meal I had the Bourbon Street chicken the best thing on their menu at garlic butter is the best always ask for extra!
We sat in the bar, our waitress was very nice and accommodating. We had boneless wings and bone in wings extra hot, this sauce was wonderful and I asked for more and she brought back more. The salads, Alfredo and chicken bowl were delicious. Very enjoyable experience

Will Ryan served me some of the best steak and shrimp I've ever had with such a bright smile on his face. Almost felt like I should've shared some of the food with him, but I cleaned my plate before that could happen. 10/10 Experience.

After scoping out the flooded damage in VT yesterday we decided to stop on the way home and have some dinner. Hi by had the festiva lime chicken and I had the wonton grilled chicken tacos. They usually are very good but yesterday they were not up to par. Too much spicy sauce and not enough toppings, plus they were on the cold side.
But as with everything they very seldom get things wrong and they are for the most part all pretty nice girls.

Went in for dinner and first off was taken to a table I couldn't sit down at. Someone at next table had to much up front in the belly area to pull her seat in. So I couldn't pull my chair out.
Then I ordered riblets and they were awful never had such substandard food before like this. Over cooked burnt and all rolled up in a ball
Was the worst meal I've ever paid for. Very disappointed and will never go there again in Hadley ma.
Definitely definitely a place with good deals good food. good to dining with your family
