I went through drive thru slow drive through. Speaker not loud enough and I am 43... With no hearing problems I can hear a mouse fart. One of the best Wendy's I've visited in a while. Awesome staff, friendly, professional, and pleasant. The food (South Western Spicey Chicken Salad) was perfect. I enjoy a thick and cold frosty and this one was fantastic!!! Highly recommended and worth the experience!!!

Not sure what was going on with some of the staff started screaming amongst themselves behind the counter? People in line were just looking at each other wondering whether or not something was going to fly at them. Oh well, maybe just a bad hair day.
Much improved in the last 8 years. Faster service, friendlier people, burgers no longer drip grease. When I first moved to Western Ma this was the worst place for fast food. Now it's one of the best (for fast food.)

We used to have a Wendy's in Northampton, MA. So I hadn't had Wendy's in years. Everything was great, I miss the wonderful tastes of all the food I order. I will return!!!
Good place to enjoy a quick bite of American food (burgers, fries, and nuggets). Very ample menu with choices for every taste. The staff is very attentive and gives good service. Very convenient phone ordering and easy pickup system.
Like any other fast food place, your experience depends on the people working at the moment - this place hired good people and currently 99 out of 100 meals are made well and made correctly. Best Wendy's location I have experienced, and I may be addicted to the new BBQ burger.
