Great to know Dunkin is there for me. Super friendly service here. Is been driving 2 hrs & needed some refreshment before a conference at UMass.
The employees at this dunkin are so nice and helpful! I had a huge order and they got all my food ready correctly & quickly. Awesome employees!

My mother and I had a nice experience earlier today when we purchased coffee at the Dunkin'Donuts drive thru.
There was not a long wait in line which was positive. The coffee and food were very fresh, and the food was ready quickly. We did not have to wait long for our order. The staff were very friendly, too.

Always love dunkin. The Ware store is fast when it comes to service but they di take the time to make you feel welcome. Seems like they wanna run you off as quickly as they can.

The morale here is very healthy between employees unlike the location by Big Y in Amherst. Employees laugh and sing here, giving off a friendly atmosphere. I dropped my coffee here once and they were quick with giving me another when I never asked. They haven’t made a mistake on my order here ever. But honestly if they did, I wouldn’t mind. They are that friendly around here. Best Dunkins location I have been to. Trust me, I’ve seen several thousand around the country.
This location of Dunkin’ is seriously the best in the Amherst/Hadley area. They are extremely efficient, they are the kindest humans, and they are the only Dunkin’ location that makes my coffee just the way I like it! This location makes my day every morning and I’m so grateful!!
I have swung through this Dunkin' a few times after doing my shopping and I have to give them props, they are always very fast and friendly. That said the location is awkward and sometimes getting in and out with the traffic can be a real chore.
We got everything we ordered and it was hot. The drive through fellow looked like he hated his job. No pleasantries, until I said have a great day. Then I got a snarky you too back.
I just went to this Dunkin Donuts today I was a little hesitant on going at first because lately everytime I go to Dunkin it's just not a good experience but it turned into it anyway. Pull through and I saw that they had Banana Split Frozen chocolates but I really wanted to cool out of vanilla bean so I asked the woman if she could make it so I can have a vanilla bean Coolatta with banana split in it Not only was she very nice about the whole situation she also suggested to put caramel in it. This is the best drink I've ever had from them in the best service I could have ever seen from a Dunkin Donuts I don't often write reviews but this woman needed to be praised. Unfortunately I did not get her name and when I tried to call they did not answer. Hopefully her manager sees this and she gets what she deserves. She was working the drive-thru
