Refuse to deliver to me when they will deliver over 3 miles further.Their delivery map literally goes around our street. tried to work with the manager and corporate to fix the issue. I got nowhere in the manager said to just call in, one day she decided that I wasn't allowed to order delivery anymore and was very rude. Apparently the customer is not always right. EDIT: new manager very nice better food than Domino's Northampton and attempting to fix delivery issue
I have had mostly excellent service from this Domino's shop. The biggest difficulty is the change of delivery people who are not yet familiar with our condo & apartment complex and take longer to find my building. The food is nearly always delivered promptly and hot. Good quality and cooked properly. If I have a special request I call after placing my online order and have always been accommodated. Note: I do not order in the wee hours of the morning and after reading some of the bad reviews, I am guessing they all come from the local college students. Possibly student dorms are not all that easy to deliver to and possibly students are not always courteous when they call about problems... so I thought Domino's deserved my positive review.
Love this Domino's! They always deliver quickly and the drivers are very friendly and polite. We've ordered from them quite a few times and only once was there an issue with our order (they forgot 1 topping). Definitely recommend!
