Always enjoy and received great service. Food is always good for the most part. But what I don't understand, why in the world you would quit serving your egg, chicken and cheese bagel.
Only answer I have come up with, now your able to sell a smaller breakfast sandwich for more money. Just don't think it was right then and it is not right now to us that enjoyed that breakfast sandwich. It would be great to see the egg, chicken and cheese bagel back on your Menu again
First of all I don't eat here. In fact, personally, I don't understand the "craving" factor that seems to infect their customers. So, as far as the food goes, it's not just my tastes (except the shakes! They're phenomenal!!).
All that said, the wife and kids love the place. They're the ONLY fast food place we really ever go to (we go about 2 to 3 times a month). Personally, what truly impresses me is the smoothness of their operation, consistency of overall quality (food, experience and site appearance/upkeep), and the universally pleasant and impeccably polite staff. They're amazing. Every time.
While I may not care about the food, personally, I have to credit them for the near flawless perfection of the way they operate.

Service is always great! Much like we’ve come to expect from the chain, this store is no exception! Traffic gets wild around lunch and dinner. I recommend using the mobile app when possible to do curbside pickup! Their team is always courteous and very quick!
Very busy but still gives efficient service. Kids love the nuggets! Always an excellent choice when traveling. Wish they could reduce packaging waste, especially the plastics.
Never got a wrong order, food has always been hot and fresh, and there are so many options for ordering, if you're into 'chikin', that is. I personally like to mobile order on my way so my food is ready on arrival.
