I am not going to lie...I am disappointed they discontinued my garden vegetable soup and black bean soup...but I had a great sandwich and the autumn squash soup is yummy! Love my Paneras!
A trip to or past Hagerstown always calls for a stop at Panera!! The order ahead feature on the Panera Bread app makes things even easier!
A big shout out to the manager Katie who is on duty today. I had a take out order on Tuesday and my sandwich was forgotten. Stopped in today with my spouse and was given our lunch free of charge. I love Panera Bread anyway, but this was unexpected and a pleasant surprise. Katie Rocks! Great customer service.
I eat at this Panera on a pretty regular basis. Today my order was not up to the usual standards so I spoke with an employee about my complaint. I was offered compensation for my time and it was handled in a very professional manner. I will continue to eat here as I love the food and staff. Thank you Hanna for going above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied, working retail myself I understand.

Panera has always been a great visit for me. Workers are always extremely nice and helpful. No complaints from me.
Nice place to chill out. Highly recommend the country style sourdough bread. Sourdough plus a little wheat to give the loaf extra flavor. Probably my favorite loaf and had it for dinner (bruschetta) and breakfast (toast). Gonna make a roast chicken + bread salad tonight. Yum!
Great customer service! I came in and the cashier let me try a sample of the soup because I wasn’t sure if I’d like it or not. Not only that, when I let them know I’m gluten sensitive they made my order away from everyone else so that there was no cross contamination. I didn’t really expect that to happen, usually in other fast food chains I will ask, I’ll be told no and I’ll have to find something else for lunch. The customer service here is really spot on! I will definitely be coming back! :)
