Amazing experience. My husband and I were traveling South for our honeymoon/anniversary and decided to go to this Dennys.
We got seated quick, the waiter came to check on us a good amount of times, the food came out fast, the food was very delicious. Our waiter even said he was going to break and have some girl help us, she never checked up on us. But whatever our main waiter was perfect!!!
In our experience, this was the best Dennys.
Great food and like the make over.Never disappointed and the breakfast hits the spot!!

Even though it's a chain restaurant, this Dennys has the feel of a local joint. It's in need of an update but the staff are awesome. Wait staff are always friendly, even the bus boys have character and a smile to share. The managers put up with a lot of cr*p from people, including college students trying to get out of bills and I've always seen them deal with them with respect and professionalism. Food is good... reliably so. Not gourmet, but a great breakfast.

never had any problems at Dennys Dual Highway in Hagerstown, went by a few days ago and they were close for a remodel??? are you back open now July 19, 2017??

At this location:
Greeted upon arriving indoors within first 5 minutes. Seated within 7 minutes. Waited on within 10 minutes minutes. Served within 20 minutes after seated.
Food was fresh, cooked well, and served with care. Waiters were Awesome, such as friendly, thoughtful, knowledgeable, fast, and even made my husband and I smile and laugh.
Minus 1 Star because of the rude and hateful unfamiliar company of another customer who's wife had to ask him to mind what he said from his mouth. Such customers should be asked to either respect other customers and the establishment or leave.
The meal was great. T-bone was tender and seasoned well.. ordered specialty pancakes 🥞 which were on point as well. Money well spent. I'll be back soon.
My 5 Star is for the experience we had with BJ after the initial service we had.
We were sat and then ignored for 15 minutes, when we were served my order was completely wrong.
After the rest of our group arrived BJ took care of us and her service was great. She had a great attitude and was very attentive to our group. This being our first year having a show in the area it was great to find someone we can ask for again!
I will say that this visit was extremely good. Not in the sense of a 5 * restaurant but it was definitely what we wanted. However our previous visit was extremely bad. Me and my fiancé only went to give them a final chance and they knocked it out the park this time. Both with the food and with the service. So we'll definitely go back again. Its Denny's, it can be great, but it's definitely iffy.
