This is one of the worst experiences I've ever had at Sonic and probably the last we visit. They got our order wrong and as we walked up to the window to have it corrected we were told we had to go back through the drive-thru. They are severely understaffed and simply have no clue what they're doing
Hotdog was not hot, seemed under cooked/heated. My drink came with a paper straw, which quickly went limp and became useless. Service was prompt and kind. Hotdog and drink tasted ok. The chili cheese nacho wrap was delicious!
“Chicken sandwich” looks disgusting I didnt even eat it. I have been so disappointed at this sonic. It is by far the worst. This chicken looks like a beef patty. I would go back for a refund however I don't want to waste anymore of my time. Oh and this sandwich was almost $4.00..
Polite drive thru staff, Speedy order readiness and an over easy and enjoyable experience. Affordable and definitely recommended for the family or just a late night bite to eat:)
This was my first trip to Sonic and it wasn't bad. I guess they are short on staff because only the Drive thru was open. The bacon double meal with tots. The tots were super crispy and awesome. Got a foot long dog with chili and cheese, not bad. I think I would prefer the New York style instead.
