Utilized the drive-through. When I got to the pick-up window, I was surprised to see a window sill with gum and bird droppings on it. In addition, the sliding window edge was covered with a black dirty substance and finger prints. I spoke with Will, the on duty manager, about getting it cleaned up.
Pretty sure from my servsafe training and health department regulations that this is not allowed.
Well I hade to wait like 5-10mins for someone to take my order. And they almost forgot my step daughters drink but the food was ok .
