Had great tapas here! Definitely check out their happy hour and you’re wise to make a reservation. Excellent food and drinks, not great options if you’re celiac but otherwise they will make adjustments to their dishes depending on your dietary restrictions. Their chocolate crème brûlée is such a good way to end the meal. Enjoy!

If you're looking for a taste of refinement on the North Shore, this restaurant is a must-visit. While it's not exactly a hidden gem, it still manages to stand out from the food truck and surfer scene with its sophisticated offerings. The drink selection, including a homemade coconut/guava soda that tasted like a tropical island in a glass, was fantastic. And the menu options did not disappoint. We decided to try the crispy chicken sandwich, Spanish Lobster Roll, and couscous salad with shrimp, and each dish was impressive in its own right. The salad was a refreshing combination of Mediterranean flavors, and the lobster roll was both delicate and satisfying. The sauce had a subtle flavor that complemented the lobster without overpowering it, and each bite seemed to intensify the flavors in a delightful way. What really stood out to me was the attention to detail in each dish. It was clear that the chefs put a lot of care and thought into creating the perfect flavor profiles, and the result was a meal that was both satisfying and memorable. If you're in the area, I highly recommend checking out this restaurant. It's a wonderful addition to the food scene and definitely worth a visit. And who knows, you might just discover your new favorite dish.

The food was absolutely superb and the service was top tier! We sat at the bar and had the best margaritas (probably best I’ve EVER had) and I’ve tried a lot of margaritas! I recommend trying their Brussels sprouts as an appetizer and if you’re a seafood lover the cioppino is a must! Also, order the cheese cake. It’s delicious!

Pretty tasty and nice variety. Great place for sharing small plates with friends. Definitely want to make a reservation ahead of time, as it is a busy busy place. The lamb empanadas were fantastic pair with the sauce. The paella was on the thick side ( would have preferred a bit more liquid in the rice) and strong with the seafood flavor for my taste. We tries the hummus, and found it was great when mixed with the olive garnished on top. With out the olives, a little bland. Excellent drinks and a lovely ambiance!

Talk about hitting on all cylinders...this place was fantastic!! The food was off the charts good, and so unique. The staff was extremely attentive. If it wasn't our really friendly waitress Aiden checking in on us, it was the Hostess checking in on us and topping our drinks off. Plus the little shopping village that this place is in even adds more to the atmosphere! Just a great experience all the way around. If you're up at north shore, you have to try this place. My Wife and I LOVED this place! You won't be disappointed! 😊

My family had an incredible time celebrating a special occasion! The restaurant welcomed us and congratulated us prior to seating, they even placed extra flowers and gave us complimentary champagne! 🥂 The food was as delicious as it looks, we recommend the lamb empanadas, and the ceviche. The staff was attentive and warm, and made us feel comfortable during our 2+ hr meal. Highly recommend celebrating anniversaries or other important events here! Mahalo April for making this dinner our best during our visit of Oahu!

~*STELLAR service and food. All of the dishes we had were so fresh and bursting with amazing flavors. The happy hour is awesome. We tried all of these great dishes on the happy hour menu. I highly recommend these dishes: PATATAS BRAVAS SAUTÈED CALAMARI MEDITERRANEAN BITE CAULIFLOWER CEVICHE SHISHITO PEPPERS FRIED BRUSSELS The cocktails were all good. We also tried a few entrees and everyone loved their dish. Maya’s Burger Cioppino Gambas Al Ajillo **SPICY. The shrimp was my favorite! Lacey was absolutely wonderful and provided perfect service. I focus hard on customer service and she did not miss a beat. The rest of the staff was extremely kind and welcoming as well. I love the sink at the entrance so guests may wash their hands upon arrival. I live on island and truly find this to be a special find.*~

Maya's was a fabulous choice for lunch, the restaurant had popped up on my radar and the menu looked intriguing and we finally found time to stop in and give it a try. Lodged in a small corner of the Haleiwa market place this tapas and wine bar is pretty cool, from the open ceilings to the reclaimed wood bar shelves down to the smallest detail like the USB outlets at the bar for people to recharge at it's a must try. But the real highlight was the food !! There was so much to choose from on the lunch menu but the Maya's burger just sounded to good to pass up. What an amazingly put together burger, all the flavors meshed perfectly, it was cooked to medium perfection and the juices were flowing. Juliet was a great server and made a mean drink on top of it all. We'll be sure to try out the dinner next. Be sure to add this to your must try list !!!

This place is nestled towards the back of a shopping area with plenty of parking. The food was fantastic, the service was stellar and the atmosphere/ambiance was on point. If you go to Haleiwa, make sure Maya’s Tapas & Wine is on your list of places to stay well nourished.

Absolutely fab! My friend and I had the fried brussel sprouts for an appetizer. Very sweet & deeeelish! She had the spicy chicken sandwich and garlic fries. I sampled her fries. Amazing. I had the seared ahi salad which was more than enough for my belly! I think she had the instant karma as a cocktail and I had a perfect moscow mule. Our server was friendly and promptly served our dishes and contails! The staff is very attentive. Yay! Since we live here, we received Kama'aina discount which was great. I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone. This will be my new "pitstop" when i am on the north shore!

Had a lovely dinner at Mayas. Really enjoyed the rich flavors and variety of dishes. They had some nice options for our gluten free diners as well.

If you are on oahu island, do visit this place for incredible tapas and drinks. This place is in close proximity to some great boutiques and art galleries of Haleiwa. Try the chicken skewers and definitely ask for the specials of the day as ours were delicious! We had to wait for 15 mins to get a spot outdoors.

Great service and great food! Definitely will come back; they even have happy hour from 5-6pm and 9-10pm, which makes a lot of the apps and drinks nearly half off!

If you're wondering whether you should visit, the answer is yes! You have drinks for every price point. I haven't had sangria that good since going to Spain! The gambas alajillo was very spicy, too much so for me, but their fish tacos were to die for. Like others have said, the flavor combinations & subtle notes set this place apart from the usual fare.

This place is Excellent. Not only is this place spotless clean, but they also do everything well, you can tell the employees take pride in their craft. They have the most elegant cocktails, that are unique to them, and the food quality is also amazing. It has an upscale feeling, I’d recommend going here for an early dinner rather than fresh from the beach, you’ll feel more comfortable in clothes that are not beach wear.
