Cashiers were rudely rushing us when we ordered and yelled to my mom that she's cannot use the restroom because allegedly 'they don't know if we have COVID and they are taking covid tests so only they can use it.' It's ridiculous and rude, I wanted to leave right away. They didn't even wear any masks. Any higher management should look into this, I've never seen anything like this, even in 2020.

This is by far the most disgusting Starbucks that was have ever visited. It was so dirty, smelly and just poorly kept. Somebody from Starbucks corp needs to visit. From the dirty trashed lot, overflowing garbage outside and inside the store, the sticky floor, the soured smell inside, and the employees moving in circles without fulfilling orders properly... Just a mess.

They have all these drinks sitting there waiting for pick up not one person is yelling out names as they finished the drinks All the customers are looking around like w.t.h Mine was sitting there for 10 minutes it was barely warm by the time I got itπππ

Slooooow. Barista looked clueless the entire time and several patrons were waiting for ever. Coffee sits idle and they dont even call out your name

Insanely slow service. I'd suggest going somewhere else if you don't have 20 min to spare just waiting for a latte (when the place is empty and there are 4 employees).
They just leave the orders behind the glass and wait for costumers to ask for them. Why ask for our names if you're not going to call when the order is ready?

We thought to stop by here while returning after spending good time at shore and seeing the sunset. We were told that they didnβt expect these crowd yesterday and closed the door early. They ran out of milks and sugars too. Had so much of waiting time for our orders. Restroom were out of hand sanitizer too. I felt they should have been prepared well for the weekend. Will think again before visiting here.

The 2 staff working did an AWESOME job taking care of the RUSH of customers, mostly parents picking up "breakfast" for their kids on the way to school (what ever happened to oatmeal or cereal for breakfast at home even when you're in a hurry?). We only waited 10 or so minutes for our latte & mocha, but they were both perfect and served with a smile and "have a good day!" Mega Kudos to these 2 young ladies who kept things going and with smiles on their faces and an excellent attitude. Starbucks, you owe these 2 a bonus π
