Wow. Looks like my daughter and I got lucky because all was great all around, food and service was great.
One of the best fast food restaurants I've been to. You can completely customize your burgers, sides and shakes on the terminal and get them just as you like it. I totally recommend it.
What a pleasant surprise. The place was really clean, the kiosks to order the food are amazing, the employee was super friendly and most importantly, the food was great at a great price! In other reviews I read they complaint about being cold inside, but that is all Miami! That is why I always carry a jacket in the car when eating out. The fries and burger were really good and the shake too. Will definitely eat here again :)
You can build your own burgers! Good milkshakes. Fries are too thin, and its freezing inside bc of the ac. Still overall very good
Delicious burgers per usual. Ordering is done via a kiosk and you self-send your drink. Couldn't find add shop of ice cream to make a float- guess it is not an option. Food was delivered hot and quick. Table wasn't the cleanest not sure if they have someone to wipe them down and the overall dining area is clean.
Great food. Service was quick and the food was delicious. My only concern was the booth seats needed to be wiped down between customers because ours was still full of of food crumbs from the previous customers.
A great value for the price. I ordered a cheeseburger and a shake, and if you order from the app, you get the shake for free, which is amazing because it’s a great shake! Place was clean, and I got the food after a decent time. If you save the receipt you can get a free shake for filling the survey
The food and service was great but the floors were a little sticky but with all the kids I've seen there I don't hold back on that
This is for the staff, I think there was only one guy running the whole place by himself or maybe 2 guys. They were so kind and patient even though they were definitely over whelmed by the volume of orders and customers. Please recognize these employees and give them the pay and recognition they deserve.
An old time diner kind of vibe at this popular burger and shake chain. The place was clean and service was fast, it is across from Gulfstream Park and next to a hotel so it can get busy depending on the time you visit. I ordered a regular cheeseburger with onion rings and a strawberry old style shake and everything was made to perfection.
The food is really good here. The restaurant always smells really bad, like mold, which is why I always take take-out when I go there. The order kiosk is 100% automated. Takes usually 10 to 15 minutes to get your food.
My experience dining with Steak 'n Shake has always been great. The food is always fresh and hot, cooked to order. If you request something other than what you received they are happy to change the order to your satisfaction. Great place! Today was my granddaughters first experience.

It's pretty good! I was a little bit annoyed with the kiosk situation at first but I realized it was simple later on. The manager is nice so is the rest of the crew. Relaxing and comfortable for dining alone or with family and friends awesome. I will definitely come back.
