Customer Service sucked I was not given a RECEIPT My coffee was sitting their so I asked another worker is that my coffee she asked the cashier who took my order He said Yes , I asked how would I know that is my Coffee He said by the number, on the RECEIPT THAT HE NEVER GAVE ME HIS CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS LOCATION , THE COFFEE WAS GREAT
The best regular coffee I ever had in a Dunking… also the staff was very friendly.
This location is great! I like the way they have the drive through set up in order to avoid traffic and congestion. My kids and I always order the same croissant with crème cheese and Matcha latte, my kids love it and so because it’s fresh and they are fast and certain! There is a lady that always helps us and she is so nice, I didn’t get her name but she is always there in the mornings.
I go once per month and every 3 months with elderly parent after a doctor appointment where she my mom was fasting. I am served by same person each time and she is pleasant. The croissant breakfast sandwich is the best
I went through the drive-through, it was quick, and the drive-through cashier was nice. Also, my iced Matcha Latte made with almond milk and whipped cream on top was delicious and made perfect.
Places always super busy but the girls try to help you the best they can in the drive thru. They are pretty accurate with my order
My go to place to start my day. Love the staff. I have been going here for years. The staff works hard and fast for such a busy place. Great job everyone! Kudos to the management as well.
Really good hash browns 👍 there donuts also taste really good. They have sprinkle flavored chocolate chip flavored or blazed donuts they also have good coffee. They give you a paper and then when it's your time to pick up the bag they call out your number and you go and get your food.
I go here quite often, no complaints
I stopped coming to this location a while ago even though it’s the closest to my house because the quality was not the best, decided to give it a shot again and it didn’t disappoint this time, looks like there was a management change. Most of the time I order a hot French Vanilla Latte and a Wake-up Wrap, the coffee tasted really good and the wrap was dine well, the tortilla was still soft and hot, I personally dislike the overcooked hard tortilla that you get in other Dunkin shops.
I’m glad that I returned and give them another shot, kudos to the new team.
