Their burgers are the best ever, the meat is always fresh and tastes so good. Big boy and their special sauce with fries š Also their hot fudge cake is delicious. Staff are always nice here too.
When I go into Frisch's I always ask for the same server her name is Randi, she is the best. She knows exactly what my family and I drink, we do the breakfast bar on Sunday mornings she knows this,
she knows what we like and how we like it. She is the best server hands down!
We came a few times and got other servers and don't get me wrong they were all good servers! But I had Randi 1 time and from then on we requested her, she remembered Us by name, she remembered what drinks we had! We could tell she is very good at what she does and she enjoys her job always serving with a smile!!
This location is probably one of the most popular locations in the city, I am never disappointed by the quality, price, service and staff they provide top notch service and the quality of their food is outstanding. Thank you I will definitely recommend this place to my family and friends.
The waitress who seated us today was outstanding. She was very honest about our food choices and very friendly too. She had the Christmas jacket on with the cat on the back. Very festive! Thank you for that experience it was nice.
Jeff the Hamilton - Main St. Mgr. is outstanding . He seats customers , cleans off tables, delivers food, runs the cash register, fills the food bar and does anything that is needed. He deserves a nice raise. A great manager who shows his associates that he also is a great team leader.
Food was good, server was very polite. Ordered a super big boy and fries. Burger was great, fries were hot and crispy. My only complaint is the price. I paid a little over $60 for 3 adult meals and a kids meal. I know everything costs more now but it's getting out of hand

I stopped there to eat on my way to a show. I had to wait a while to be seated, and then to get a waitress to take my order. I found out they had only one waitress on the floor. They need more help. Once she took my order, the food came out quickly. I ordered the Fish and Chips meal and Coke Zero. It was delicious! She gave me my check quickly, since I was on my way to a show. It was good, but they could make some improvements.

We absolutely love coming here, the service is always on point when Lacey is there. She is always so personable and upbeat. You donāt get that much these days but she doesnāt disappoint. I canāt say so much for her coworkers. When we go in and sheās not there the service is not even remotely acceptable. Keep up the great work Lacey you are noticed and appreciated for your dedication to doing a great job!
Everything was wonder. We had a great waitress and shewed so pleasant. The only downfall was that my husband ordered off the menu while myself and our children ate the bar. We were done eating, and his food still had not come out. The waitress was on it, though, took care of us, and boxed his order to go!
Came for breakfast. Found out that the breakfast bar is only available on weekends now. Canāt order biscuits with gravy until after 11 am. š
I ordered the new āespresso frozen coffee.ā The waitress made it a point to say that it would taste like espresso and not like a McDonaldās shake, which is what I wanted. Coffee is lifeā¦ I got this shake that looked good but light in color. Unfortunately it did not taste like espresso or coffee at all. It taste more like milk with a hint of caramel, kinda like melted vanilla ice cream. $5.99 for a 16 oz. Drink. This drink is not worth the same price as a 24 Oz frozen coffee from Biggby, that is less than a mile from this location.
Familiar food and reliable service. Most people don't even look at the menu!! Salad bar is always fresh and well attended. Check out the desert case as you walk in!! I recommend the coconut Creme pie. The breakfast bar is a bit expensive at 12.99. šŖšŖ, next visit, terrible service by the server. Forgot my drink. Very slow and forgetful.
