When at window, “Edward” hands me a small drink. I informed him that meal was large, not small. He rolls his eyes when I say this. He fills up a large drink with 80% ice; I still have small fries. He then charges me $3.75 for a small fry and says 2 equal 1. $3.75 for a small fry?!

My wife and I go here often as we live close in fox hill. Let me start by saying this Burger King used to be very nice as I’ve gone here for 30 years. They are short staffed and the inside is closed but with only 3 employees, they keep the drive through moving for the most part. Saw the other reviews and I can say I have never had rude or bad service at this location. The employees have always been polite. The breakfast is normally hot. Burger
Got a TINY double cheeseburger, medium sized fry (definitely not large), and a large coke and was charged over $9.70! Neither the employee nor the manager would make the error right. My opinion is go to another franchise or another restaurant like McDonalds. These folks do not have your best interes
