Amazing green curry with mahi mahi. It takes a while to prepare, but absolutely worth waiting for.
Thee best Thai food I've ever had. Cashew Beef n broccoli stir fry . To die for .
Best Thai food you can find!
BEST FOOD ON THE ISLAND BAR NONE!!!
FRESH, TASTY, REAL FOOD
Amazing food and even better people! Highly recommend all three trucks, thai, burger and mexican! Such great flavors and freshness! I recommend getting a milkshake with your burger and fries to dip in!
My family decided to go to these food trucks (they have three separate ones). I got the Hana Dog with fries, which tasted very great. Although the hot dog fell apart in a few seconds, I managed to keep it in one piece. Would recommend.
Yummy little food truck nestled among a mecca of other food trucks. Delicious pad Thai that's very filling. You can easily share one plate. It's a bit pricey, as are most things in Maui, at almost $20 a plate, but well worth it. Service is quick and cheerful.
We got the drunken noodles with tofu. We are vegan & appreciated the employee letting us know that the Pad Thai sauce was already created with fish sauce - so it would not be vegan. We got the drunken noodles as mild - but it still had a nice little kick. So glad we found this place as this dish was really tasty, had a good amount of noodles, the veggies were not frozen + it was a good amount, a decent portion of tofu = a good amount of food. Highly recommend this place!
Burgers are incredible, they grind and press their own patties. Ryan made the perfect Mama Ae’s burger, if you’re on your way through Hana this is a must stop!
Tucked away in a little food truck lot is Ae's Thai Kitchen (recommended to us by a local) & it didn't disappoint!! This was some of the best food we had on the island. Super friendly & lots of seating space. The cost is a tad higher, but you get so much food! Tons of flavor & cooked to perfection!
The coconut crusted shrimp was absolutely fantastic. It belongs in a five star restaurant, definitely try it. Papaya salad that came with it was very light and a refreshing contrast. They were open until 7, and I was stoked to find something still open this late!
Veggie tofu pad thai!!!
The next day I ordered a veggie burrito from their taco truck in the same parking lot.
Listen to me when I say that they have the BEST Pad Thai ever! Yes, in this little town of Hana. My wife and I were very impressed. There is plenty of outdoor seating. Usually there's enough of car parking as well. This spot is open late. Make sure to stop by on your travel to Hana.
So so good. Best Thai food I've had in a long time. I got the shrimp basil stir fry - medium spice level and it was amazing. The shrimps were so fresh, the sauce was fabulous. The dish was made with lots of basil.
Everyone told us to try the food trucks in Hawaii. They did not disappoint. We loved
the food here at this truck. We went back again to repeat the delicious meal.
Fresh food is always nice after a long day at the beach. It hit the spot with flavorful salsa and tacos
They helpfully explained which options are vegan. We chose the Drunken Noodles with tofu and the (daily special) Pumpkin Curry with tofu. Both were really good, and the coconut milk on the curry tasted really fresh. Chose "spicy" for the noodles... it was really spicy.
Excellent food. Very flavorful. The portions were generous and the spice was just right. We had the Pad Thai, the coconut mahi mahi, the pad see ew, and the chicken curry. Very very tasty. It does get pretty hot since you are eating outside, but it's tolerable. There is a friendly cat and dog wandering around while you eat.
Food truck located right outside the Hāna-Maui resort. The thai was was delicious and filling. A order of the pad Thai can feed 2 people! They also had a crispy pork belly with Thai basil special which was also amazing!
Great place and really flavorful Thai food. Som tum (papaya salad was the perfect amount of flavor, spice, sweetness and saltiness. Pad se ew was also another hit, get the chili oil if you like spicy 😍. Great place for vegetarian options too.
Good food. Great service, Long wait and long lines, limited parking and 2-3 picnic tables. There’s another Thai restaurant which is amazing; right around the block may be worth checking out specially if this place is busy as hell. However they have 2 trucks next to each other; one for Thai cuisine and other for American cuisine. We got cheese sandwich, fish burger and milkshake. Everything was decent. Will definitely go back.
We stopped here for a quick bite after our journey to Hana. The Thai salad was excellent as was the pad Thai noodles. You can only sit at some old picnic tables and there are no bathrooms here.
