The butter pecan is literally all sugar. Disgusting. The sugar is so thick it sticks to my spoon. I’ve never had a sweeter ice cream. Definitely not worth the money. So gross.

Service was unfortunately poor. Came by drive thru ordered 3 banana splits named about 6 different ice creams and they were out . they didnt even have basic chocolate… we werent asked which toppings we wanted. then we were told to pull forward. wait 15mins while all other drive thru cars passed us.

This is the wost baskin-Robbins every time i go to order a cappuchino blast the maching is always broken i think they are just to lazzy to do it. Its been more than a year that they say the same thing.

I ordered a cake for my sons birthday and when i went to pick it up, they didn't have it and wanted me to drive to the one in Hoffman Estates. Soooo slow at this location. Took them 15+ minutes to make 2 basic, no frills, iced coffees and 1 lemonade (and they werent busy either). I'm not even exaggerating. And they put the 3 drinks into a flimsy cardboard holder that was too small so one of the drinks was lagged precariously in between alm

Worst Baskin experience in this shop. First, we wait 30-40 mins wait for our turn because the staff is lazy and slow, and when it's our turn, they try to orders others. Second, we order sundaes and ice cream scope, and the guy didn't bother to ask us what toppings we want in a sundae.

The workers didn’t want to put ice cream we wanted in Quart, though they have it in menu and they didn’t have it prepackaged.
