First time getting food here had it delivered with door dash and man let me tell you the turkey bLT is out of this world. The coleslaw is amazing reminds me of my grandma’s. My kids meal was a nice size as well. Definitely will be back! Thanks starlight diner ❤️🤤😋
Amazing staff, Great food, You’re definitely not leaving here hungry! Endless, great choices, and not an empty seat in the place! Locals definitely know how to pick em because this place always busy
Had the Fried seafood platter it was very good and more food than I could eat the server was very good and attentive. If you are in Hanover area slip on over to the Star Light Diner you will not be disappointed!
Fast service. Our waitress was very pleasant and attentive. The restaurant had a slightly musty smell for some reason, but otherwise the atmosphere was very good for a diner-style restaurant. The food was great, and the portions were large. Great bargain for the price. There aren't many dine in restaurants with good food and good service to begin with, and when you can get a meal for 3 for $50, including a large appetizer platter, it's very hard to beat. We'll definitely go back.

Great restaurant with outstanding customer service. There is ample parking and other motorist are courteous as they drive very slow throughout the parking lot. As this was my first visit I was introduced to the check in procedure by the friendly locals in line; check in with the attendant and he/she will give you an electronic device that with notify you when your table is ready. My wait for a table was very short to my surprise as there was a very long line of customers waiting to be seated. My waitress was very professional and approached every question with patience and detail. I ordered a western omelet breakfast with stuffed Blueberry French toast. The wait for my breakfast was approximately 20 minutes; my waitress arrived with my meal with such grace as she used a folding table to assist her with her presentation.The omelet breakfast was perfect, just the way I like it. The stuffed french toast was wonderful, huge portion very fresh and tasty. I usually stick with just just eggs for breakfast but I think I can add that stuffed french toast to my occasional breakfast. I really enjoyed my visit and can add this location to my list of great restaurants.
We were here this morning and our waitress was very cheery and had a bright smile for an early morning breakfast, we were here at 6:30 am. We were seated quickly and presented our hot tea and coffee quite timely. Our orders were taken and turn around was quick, the home fries made extra extra crunchy with added onion just like we like them that we have found most places have a hard time doing. Also the bacon was almost perfect, was crisp and not a little bitty strip.
We look forward to our next meal here!

It's a chain and I am admittedly not generally a fan of chain type places. That being said, the place was clean, had a warm atmosphere and the staff was friendly! The food wasn't quite the greasy diner food I love best but it was good, came out as ordered and was reasonably priced. Would definitely go back!
