First off we order through the mobile app. He don't have the McDonald's mobile app I advise you to get it because there's a lot of discounts on it all the time.
The place was very clean and organized and they were following proper sanitation and everything during this pandemic. The lady that was helping me was very nice and polite. I asked her if she could take the the bun off because on the app there was no place that you could customize and say you didn't want a bun on it for people that are gluten free. I really believe McDonald's should put on their app somewhere where you can customize your sandwich and say you don't want no buns. When my friend had a problem where you guys Burger. I went back in and told him what he didn't want and what you didn't like on it and they went ahead and fixed it for him. I appreciate it very much but they fix it without complaining.

Other than a manager and another employee, I did not see anyone else there. Service was prompt, delivery was fast and the dining room was very clean. I had to ask the manager to open the restroom door for me, which was also clean and well stocked. My experience at this McDonald's was unusual simply because it should always be this way instead of the unacceptable level of service I have been getting everywhere else. Did I mention the coffee tasted fresh?
First time visiting this McDonald's location. The food was ok, but wish the fries was freshly cooked. Overall the service was good.
Eva nice professional and very proficient it's like she wrote the book on customer service my food was hot and order was brought out to me fast restaurant experience at a fast-food that's why me and my family and friends will be returning to this location and only this location thank you very much to eva an her managers for the great experience my family received
There is a menu for a smartphone, There price is right,Big breakfast with pancakes, and great coffee and expresso, awesome customer service.
The food was great, and staff could use more training on customer service.
Considering the neighborhood & number of newer workers, this place still usually keeps wait times shorter & food fresher than other nearby locations. Unfortunately, this visit wasn't one of those visits (wrong food, saw 2 drive-thru folks come in to get omitted items, 10 minute wait). I do give them benefit of the doubt & will return again.
The entire staff are fantastic and the food quality is terrific too, and the entire staff deserve commendation awards and raises!!
You know what? As far as your everyday McDonald's goes, this is one of the more pleasant ones. Staff is always smiling and saying thank you. Orders come up promptly, never had a negative experience.
