Food was delicious but part of my order was wrong and I didn't get my drink. The drive through line was too long and doors were locked. I wasn't given my receipt so I had no record/proof of my order nor did I want to look for the phone number to call.

Absolute perfection. As fast food goes. Prices are crazy high but the quality of the food was spot on.

Update: 5 stars So, I had my niece swing through and get my favorite - a Jack's Munchie Meal with the spicy nacho chicken sandwich. I cracked open the box and legit gasped. It was the most perfectly packed box! Showroom quality, IMO. It looked like a Jack himself packed me a bento of love! Check out

They're usually pretty quick, it's fairly cheat, and last time I was there, I was given a free shake because it was accidentally made :)

I live down the street and usually I have to ask for ranch with my food but they make sure I have it always now my food is always perfect at this location the only complaint I have is that corporate needs to make lids for the medium drinks better because they always pop off it’s so frustrating espec

Pretty good compared to yakima area. Always willing to give fresh fries.

I miss having Jack in the box where I live. Food is always fresh and delicious.

Service isn't to good at times, if your a person who tends to have bad days often customer service isn't an occupation you should have, atmosphere can be a little dirty at times not often, but food wise the establishment is f*@#in great especially those CHICKEN TENDERS & THE ULTIMATE BREAKFAST SANDW

They are very fast serving team work but food can sometimes be ugh most times they do an ok job!!

Been here a couple of times. Drive thru is always fast moving, if you have to wait it's not long. The staff are very friendly.
