Sorry i don;t like to complain but, first the food was great. We went after my son's graduation so there was my son, his wife and their 2 boys. My daughter, her 2 kids and one of the kids friends. A friend of the family and her daughter and myself and my handicapped daughter. My son ordered their food, then my daughter ordered , then i ordered and then our friend. My son got their food and started eating and we sat there waiting for ours. After about 30 minutes the girl from behind the counter came and asked for our receipts because they did not have our orders. Finally my daughter got her food (she ordered 4 numbers 4's that come with cheese) and 2 of her burgers did not have cheese so she had to take them back up and get cheese on them plus she had ordered an order of taco;s and she did not get them with her order. Then finally they brought my order (2 number 4's) with one sized up with curly fries and mine had no cheese and i got regular fries. We were all eating and finally our friend got her orders. It was not busy in there and there was another couple sitting in the booth by us and they had waited over 45 minutes for their food so they asked for their's to go. We don't know why it was taking so long to get the food. The drive thru was not that busy either because we could see when cars went to the drive thru. Like i said the food was good and we have been to this Jack in the Box before and we have not had this problem before. Again sorry this is so long and i am sorry to be complaining about this.
Always happy to visit this location, the food is always hot and the service is fast. Maybe a little more smiles would upgrade the service in my opinion.
2 Super Tacos for a buck is how Jack got my attention but egg rolls instead of fries, genius! Jumbo Jack takes care of my hunger. Quick competent friendly service. Clean restroom & Dinning area.
Food was good as always my family and I went in and ordered. The food was nice and fresh and I even got this awesome fry. The service was friendly the only problem I kinda had but can overlook is they only had one girl working drive thru and front. But other then that awesome...😎

Stopped in for a grilled steak & cheese munchie meal. It was better than I thought. They were really busy but the customer service was very good. Great interaction with employees and they were very apologetic for any delays. Definitely visit again. 2-1-23 pretty good visit. All of I sudden I got the craving for some JIB....I didn't have any coupons so I figured I'd roll the dice and see what they had. It was early and to my surprise the munchie meals were available for purchase. Apparently they're available all day now. It was 8 bucks but still not a bad deal. That's pretty much gotta be my go to meal there. Chicken tater melt munchie meal, absolutely delicious.....they haven't lost their touch. Definitely be back
Great experience today! Food always hot and freshly made to order. Staff is always great so professional and polite. Great customer etiquette. Phone app is user-friendly and recommended. I want to thank the staff for everything that they do, I appreciate it 👏 Y'all are the bomb.
Cashier/front of house provided great customer service. She was attentive and brought our food to us at our table. The restaurant was clean and tidy.
Five stars for everything but the food. It's not the staff's fault. Just mediocre menu. Kind of a last resort situation. But they are open all night, so... Four stars.

Good food, great service. Sometimes when it's packed it can take a bit, but that's understandable. Great staff, with good personalities. Only time I've ever gotten a wrong order they were very fast to fix the issue and never has happened since.
