The person who took our order was very understanding when I changed my order. Joe and I wanted to order breakfast but not sure how we would enjoy it so we ordered lunch. Someone came around and offered us each a breakfast sandwich or breakfast chicken mini bites to try. Another person came around and offered to refill my tea. Joe and I will return often. Love me some Chick-fil-A ❤️
The staff all had smiles on their faces and our food arrived at our table before we even sat down! Talk about fast service! The thing that stood out most to me was that the high chairs were all clean and had a stick-on placemat and a sanitizing wipe waiting for the next little one to use! As a mom of little ones that made my day and let me know that they care about their customers! Chick-fil-A food is always good and Chick-fil-A Lindle Road is continuing to uphold that high standard! I highly recommend this location to everyone!

I had the frosted lemonade and grilled nuggets, my husband had spicy chicken sandwich and tea. Everything was great. One of the few places with good tea.

I've never had a bad experience at this location. We were celebrating my son's birthday in February, and the sweet cashier gave us a free ice cream for him to celebrate. Today, we were in the area so we decided to go through the drive thru, and they were taking orders in person. It was surprisingly nice to see and personally interact with the order taker, the cashier, and then the people at the window, instead of talking into a speaker.
This store has been really clean everytime we have been there. This time we waited ten minutes and had not received our small chocolate shake. I went up and they got me one right away and gave us a coupon for free chicken on our next visit.
The service was excellent. Everything tasted great. Staff was very efficient. All of us were on a bus.
This is my favorite Chick-fil-A location. Everyone is so accommodating. Especially when you have little children! Good customer service is hard to find these days. And the employees here go above and beyond. Keep up the good work!
I was visiting from out of town with my family on vacation and hunted down this Chick-fil-a since we don't have any in our home town. Food was great .... my kids are picky eaters but we all enjoyed something and got milkshakes. My kids were a little cranky from being off their normal routine and one of the managers came over and started off a conversation about where we were from. She brought over little stuff animals (the cow that says "eat more chicken") and made my kids day! Overall, great time there. I hope to get a franchise nearby soon.
We love Chick fil A! With six boys it is nice to go to a place that likes children! It is also a great place for the kids to play while moms talk!!!
I was leaving the restaurant this afternoon when a manager came running out with an order in her hand. She chased down a car that was exiting at the light and gave them the order. Pure dedication on getting it right!
yummmmm.....the chicken sandwich is to die for. I had a fruit cup instead of waffle fries. I had not been to chick fil A in quite some time. I will be returning very soon!
Besides this place being super busy most of the day, we like going here when we can. It's a little pricey for our family of 7 (then what isn't) but it's worth the splurge every once in a while. Food & service is top notch for a fast food facility. Would recommend.
Amazing as always. I had ordered a 30 piece nugget. Which I knew would take a bit. They moved me to drive through waiting spot and were faster than I thought they would be. And everyone is so polite and nice. My 15 year old even commented on how nice they are.
Always greeted with a smile. Food is always hot and prepared just the way you order it. Ordering on the app is easy and the wait isn’t quite as long if you go inside. The drive thru always has multiple cars in queue but always moves quickly. The best “fast food” around hands down!
Great CFA! I only do dine-in (but the drive thru is reasonably quick) and I’m always served w/a smile. Everyone who walks around the store is smiling and helpful and checking in. Cindy and Mayra are always keeping the dining room in top top shape. The play area is clean and well maintained. I love when my kids ask to come here to eat. They think it’s their own personal second home.
Even though it was very busy when we were there the wait to order wasn't bad. Our food came in a reasonable amount of time and the staff did great checking back to make sure we were ok. The food was good and all the orders were correct 💯
