This was honestly my worst trip to any Chili’s ever first bathroom was very dirty I go to sit down at my table nurse food all over the seat had a waitress who brought out really greasy mushy tortilla chips and I asked her for a fresh batch and she said This is the only batch that they made today the

Had chips & salsa; non-lcoholic beer,, steak, steamed brocolli & mashed potatoes.
Hubby shared chips & salsa, had a bacon burger, fries & seltzer. Yummy as always!
Had chips & salsa, loaded baked potato soup & salad! All were yummy! Also had 2 non-alcoholic Heineken beers.

Great service! Portion size was fantastic! Recommend the Chips, salsa, guacamole, amd white queso. My chicken crispers tasted a little too much like fried grease, but other than that, a ok.
First time in any restaurant since March of 2020. Service was as quick as it could be despite being short staffed. Server was friendly and they checked on us often. Tables were clean and I felt relatively "safe" despite the pandemic still being alive and well.

Very disappointed in my whole meal, starting with the salad. The lettuce was brown. Ugh, no brown lettuce for me. My steak was hard and dry. My broccoli was mushy. The Mexican rice was ok.
My cheesecake was atrocious. The strawberries were a puree and it was a maroon/purplish color.

Short staffed which I totally understand but the food was also not great. The food came out and it was cold even though it didn't take that long. It must have been left over from the previous order or something.
I initially avoided this place because I was worried it would be all spicy food that I would struggle with. But Chili's is more than that, and the food was great. Its menu is broader without falling into the trap of having to big a menu.
Staff have been genuinely lovely to speak to and a nice atmos
I ordered door dash from this location. My drink looks as if someone drank some of it so that’s a waste and going In The garbage. It was apple juice by the way not soda. Not sure if you guys have the stickers that go over the drinks like other establishments do so you can see if it was tampered with
