I used to love Domino's and haven't had it in awhile so I ordered online with no problem. The food came fast but it was the worst pizza and wings I've ever had. The pizza tasted like dry soggy bread, what happened to that nice crunch from pan pizza? The wings were also a joke! They tasted like soggy fried wing dings with a splash of buffalo sauce. The food reminded me of frozen food that sat in the freezer to long then heated. NEVER AGAIN

I always feel like I'm going to the carnival or something when I use the Domino's Pizza app. So all these things to get thrown at me and I got to sort through the machine which wants to make any kind of sense. And the end it's always good whatever I choose put there's so many choices and they're like five of these for the first three or you won't believe this bargain and you got to buy two of these up you got to buy three of these and it's just it's like it's a side show markers coming at me from all angles. Sometimes it's fun sometimes it's crazy making, but like I said food is good and the staff is always friendly.

The supervisor Mark is a gaslighter! They messed up on our order from the mobile app and this is not the first time they did this. He kept overtalking me on the phone like I am deaf and I don't have time to argue with another adult. First he lied and said there is no female supervisor. Then he said she no longer works there. He hurried me off the phone and denied our refund for the incorrect order. Take some accountability and stop gaslighting customers! They even forgot our dipping sauces but wouldn't admit that either. Would not recommend. Go to another Domino's Pizza!

Ordered Pizza thru their app, showed 32 mins. Went there about ten mins after the time shown on the app for pick up and the store associate told me that it would be another 45-60 mins for the order to be ready.
Sadly, I had to cancel the order and go elsewhere for the pizza. Kids and I weren't too happy with this delayed order or the timing mess up between the app and the store.

I placed an order 15min before close and got a message saying my online order was accepted and would be delivered, after watching the tracker for 5minutes and seeing my order progress to bake a message that says "order cancelled" popped up at 10:53, then when I try to call the store no one answers. How lazy and rude could they possibly be? No call explaining why my order had to be canceled and when I try to contact them they hide? What a joke

The Domino’s app was having difficulty, thus, I could not order online and not use the coupon that was online . When I went to the store to order, they would not honor the coupon even after seeing, from my phone, that their website was having difficulties with my order. The associate was confrontational and not very customer service oriented and this whole experience was beyond disappointing. They have a sign on their door that says “No Noids”… I disagree completely with this!

I tried ordering from this Dominoes location a couple of months ago and was left kind of disappointed with a overcooked pizza with skimpy toppings but we gave it another shot and I have to say they’ve redeemed themselves. To start off with the appetizer, the stuffed cheesy bread, this was absolutely amazing, like unlike anything else I’ve had before, it was insane. The cheese inside this thing was mad good, super creamy, meaty, cheesy, and flavorful, and the bread was great too with tasty garlic butter spread across, 10/10 recommend. The pizza was phenomenal too, got a pan pizza with Wisconsin cheese and tomato and May have found my new favorite pan slice. Again, super cheesy, you just gotta try it. Everything was relatively inexpensive too! Definitely coming back!

My family and I ordered a pizza from here last Thursday night. It took over an hour and a half to get it. We were in a hotel 10 minutes down the road. After an hour I tried to call them to see what was up and no one answered. Apparently it had closed. No communication. Finally a while later the guy shows up. The pizza was cold.
I was going to let that go. I understand places are short staffed. I get it.
But two days later I get a notification that a charge was going through. For almost $6 MORE than my total. It showed an additional charge was added after the fact. So I called the next day and talked to the manager. She told me I was the THIRD person to call and say this happened to them!! She told me she would call me back. It's been 3 days and no call back. I called today and she wasn't in. I was told she would call me back. Nothing.
