Vincenzos is my go to for Italian in the area. They are always good but today was above and beyond good. Due to circumstances there was only worker this afternoon when I ordered, therefore the wait was a little longer than usual. This one individual was so polite to every customer even though he had many people to serve. I ordered a veggie slice and it was the best I've ever had. He took the time to make it and included so many delicious veggies on it. The rest of my order was great as well and you could tell that he didn't skimp on quality just to get the order done.

I'm here from out of town and we had a difficult time finding a pizza place that was open and nearby. We stopped in for dine in and the place is so cute and the food was great. Staff was very friendly even during the busy rush.

The pizza at Vincenzo's is outstanding. It blows every other pizza place in Harrisburg out of the water and that's coming from a picky Jersey girl who knows good pizza.
I ordered through the app almost every time we get food. The last time, the restaurant promptly contacted me (within 5 minutes) to let me know that they were out of sausage for my pizza. They asked me which topping I'd like to substitute. I chose pepperoni, which I usually don't do because it's extra greasy at other places.
The pepperoni pizza is delicious and certainly recommended! It's not overly greasy and they're generous with the toppings. Both the pizza dough and sauce are seasoned well, which is what separates them from the nasty pies in town. I've never been disappointed.
The meatball parm subs are also tasty too! I've definitely over looked this place too long. My only issue is that I wish they would deliver downtown!

Good food and a very extensive menu. Handmade dough and baked bread made daily. Fresh and tasty ingredients. Everyday specials are available. You can eat there, pick up to go, or delivery is available for a 4 mile radius of the restaurant for a $1 fee. Plenty of parking and other stores in this shopping complex.

Great spinach rolls! Awesome knots! Super convenient for traveling home from Hershey Park! Don't waste your time with traditional fast food!
Update: 12/23/19: worst order of spinach rolls ever received from them. Absolutely so greasy that it was not edible. Not sure what or who changed but man, I was soooo disappointed. It was a pretty regular stop on our way home from Hershey but this last order was rough... the French fries with the chicken fingers were so sopping wet with grease, they also were not edible. Garlic knots and pizza was ok but the spinach rolls which I absolutely raves about before felt like as if they sat all day and then deep friend them or something... unfortunately I will hesitate before I go back...

Wow I was going to order from this place online until I read the reviews. New to Harrisburg and I read reviews because I am not familiar. Rudeness seems to be a problem at this establishment not to mention inconsistencies with food. What really shocked me was the management response on some of the reviews!!! One that really stands out is management saying yea...don't return! WOW! A business should never answer or comment in such a manner! I see the rudeness through your comments. I will not be buying anything from this establishment and I hope anyone else who read this doesn't either. Good luck paying your mortgage with your BAD attitude!!!!

Terrible food. Look at this sandwich..cheese was burnt on the chicken and roll was burnt. Fries tasted like they never change their grease. Do not recommend at all.

Today was my first, and definitely my last time here. I purchased a local flavor coupon which offers the chance to try a new restaurant at half the price - one would logically assume the restaurant would be happy to see you and would put their best foot forward to impress you and get you to return. This didn’t happen.
Upon entering there was an employee behind the counter eating, with his mask hanging from one ear. When we approached he put his mask back on, played with his face and nose, and waited on us without washing his hands. He took our order (a Sicilian pizza and 2 subs) and we presented him with the local flavor coupon. He then yelled to the pizza maker “Sicilian for a certificate”. At this point my ears perked up - there was no reason to tell him anything about the certificate, only about the order - but I didn’t say anything at the time.
My boyfriend then went to the restroom while our food was being made and as he passed the counter he saw the original employee eating behind the counter again - DIRECTLY beside where our food was being made.
One employee brought our subs first. The burgers on the cheeseburger sub were dry and it was obvious they weren’t freshly made. Thank God for the pound of mayonnaise on the roll to help keep it moist.
Our pizza was brought out a short time later and it looked sad. There was barely any sauce and the cheese didn’t even cover the entire pizza. I guess this is what you get when you have a “certificate”. We each took a piece but couldn’t finish it - it was so dry (partially due to the lack of sauce but also due to it most likely being made ahead of time). I can honestly say this is one of the worst pizzas I’ve ever had.
My boyfriend approached the counter to get a box for the rest of the pizza and a bag for the remaining sub. The employee asked how many pieces were left and he told him - pretty much the whole thing. The employee was visibly annoyed and as he got the box and brought it to the counter he made a snide comment about using the certificate and taking it to go. We took the pizza home but ended up throwing it away because it was that terrible.
It shouldn’t have mattered if we used a certificate (that the store OFFERED as a promotion) and it shouldn’t have mattered if we wanted to take some of the meal home.
The food was bad.
The service was bad.
And we WON’T be back.
