Does anyone know the difference between a hamburger and a cheeseburger? I ordered 1 double hamburger, they screwed it up twice. So as I was heading inside, a young lady, who was very polite, asked me what was wrong. I informed her what happened and she called out for what I wanted. Waited 15 minutes
Two girls were laughing at me like they were having fun to keep me waiting. When I asked them manager they were saying they are the managers and laughing out loud. There is a lot of attitude problem.
It was alright...the cashier's in the Drive Thru were very nice. I do believe McDonalds has let their standards slip in past couple years.
Very friendly ordering staff but not so great for food delivery staff. The burger falls a apart but correct order.
It's hit and miss at this McDonald's honestly. Sometimes I come through the drivethru and it's quick and easy. Then other times it's just awful. Usually the people are somewhat friendly, but again it depends on the time of day.
I got a quarter pounder deluxe and fries via door dash. The quarter pounder deluxe was absolutely perfect. It was cooked a perfect medium /medium - rare, which I've never seen from McDonald's. The order was wrong, it took 2 mins for 2 cheeseburgers days they were not made properly topped. And the prices were higher than the other McDonald's in the area. The picture is a $2.00 slushie. What a joke
