We have property close by and we've stopped here a few times. I don't understand why they only have 2 employees per shift! I feel so bad for them 😞. Management needs to get their act together and schedule 3 for dinner rush! First of all, we were the first of a 9 person line. A man and a little boy came in to pickup an app order which apparently, wasn't seen by either girl. Due to that, one girl was rushing to make this order leaving the other girl to deal with the line by herself. I wanted to try the new Melts and I ordered the chicken bacon ranch Melt. It is an odd process to say the least. It's discouraged to put vegetables on it as it's cooked longer than a normal toasted sub & it will wilt them. When they serve it, it comes in 2-6"s wrapped in a brown paper that it's cooked in?.. The flavor was ok, but it's very sloppy and the southwest sauce I got vanished! I also ordered a pretzel with cheese and it was AWFUL! The case that shows you the pretzels are about double the size of what you actually receive and the cheese sauce has no flavor at all. It's a watery/milky sauce that doesn't even taste like cheese. My husband's sub was fine. It took almost fifteen minutes to get our order due to the lack of help. Management needs to get their act together.
