Ordered a Breakfast Platter Sunday at 1025am .. it was Okay! Not as Good as It could be ~ upsetting. There is something about Your Bacon's taste but Hash browns & Biscuits and Sausage Gravy we're Really Good.. Eggs were luke warm.
The cashiers were pleasant and worked together as a team. The food was freshly cooked. The dining area was clean. I wish Hardee's would come back to Sterling VA. They are so much better than McDonald's and other places!!!
Excellent service and staff. Food itself is lacking. Profit is profit, but their burger patty had very little texture and was thin. When I eat a burger I want to feel the meat, not bite through it like a slice of bread.
Worst establishment ever. Workers get treated like slaves and get blamed when the restaurant runs out of food. Needs better management that cares about customers and employees this is why everyone is quitting there. Just my opinion food sucks there everything is dry.
Jo, Nor, and Colton are possibly the best workers Hardee's could find. Everything about their professionalism, positive demeanors, and dedication is unmatched. Since I first walked through the door to the time I exited I can tell that they're going places in life. More of their attitude towards life
Went to this store this morning for Breakfast meal ok .
But whatever brand of coffee you have gone too is about the WORST I HAVE TASTED ,WASTE OF MONEY THROUGH ALL OF IT AWAY,UGH .
ALSO WHILE I WAS WAITING FOR MY ORDER ANOTHER CUSTOMER CAME UP AND COMPLAINED ABOUT THE COFFEE ☕ NO RECEIPT EITHER.

I went there on my lunch break and the young lady took my order from the drive and they repeated my order back but when I get to the window they didn't have my order correct in the computer and the young male I believe was the manager was rude unfriendly and mean to the cashier at the window. I don
