The food and the service at this particular Sonic consistently seems to be better than what you would expect from a Sonic fast food restaurant. I have another Sonic restaurant that is much closer to where I live but choose to go to this particular one because it is so much better.

Went through around 2:30 on 12/6/21. Fries were old and soggy. Meat in burger was cold, cheese not melted. Go back, ask for a remake. After a 25 minute trip, staff comes back with a fresh burger and fry. I ask about a refill on drink (after waiting 25 minutes for a correct version of what I ordered)
Ordered 3 different meals all come with drinks told what drinks I wanted plus a large ice water. Only got 2 drinks was gonna charge me for the other 2. I told them to forget it. I have always been pleased with the service but tonight. Not so much. Done with sonic for awhile
Love me some Sonic food! Our Hartselle location has always been my go to place and unlike other local fast food places my orders have always been correct. Servers have always been courteous and friendly and the food is always good.
My drink was flat and food was cold. I probably won't be going back. I only gave 2stars because of the carhop. I sent her back in to get me a different drink and she was very nice about it.
