Pizza crust was swimming in grease and for a speciality pizza for pepperoni, it only had 12 pieces on it. The crust was SO thin in the middle that it would not even hold the shape. It wilted under the weight of all the grease soaked into it. Very disappointed with it and the customer service i re

Terrible customer service. Wasn't offered Tuesday "Family" Deal when ordering on Mobile App. When I called to talk with someone about it, no one could help me with the overpayment, even manager who was pretty rude about it. Very disappointing. Luckily many other great pizza options in the area.

Romeo's in Hartville is one of my favorite places to stop every time I am in town. Some of the best tasting pizza I have ever had. Very consistent. Prices are on the higher side, but you pay for what you get. A delicious pizza cooked to perfection every time. Definitely give it a try!

Great customer service. I placed an order and picked it up, came home and was not correct. I called and the manager remade the pizza and had it delivered to us! Always good and my family loves their pizza.
