Very busy, but staff is hard working and polite. Orders are occasionally wrong, but can easily be corrected. I am here probably 3-4 times a week and rarely have a negative experience.

Had a frozen chocolate and my wife had a large coffee and croissant. The service was quick and we had our order in no time. Everything tasted delicious
I'm not a huge fan of Dunkin Donuts in general, but this one does a good job in terms of service and quality.
