Subway - Harwood Heights - Photo album

Went in yesterday to try the Boss. My 11 year old daughter loves Meatballs and pepperoni. I asked to use the washroom. The thin older gentlemen said if the door was locked it is dirty. I was confused by this????. It was locked so I held my need to use the restroom. She wanted another one today. Sam
I've gone to this subway many times years ago and never had a problem. Great service and food. Haven't visited in years and went back, some of the same faces still work there, same great service and food. A place I've trusted for years
The workers at this place are super nice and they make the sandwiches good and they are all polite. I only ever go to this subway cause their sandwiches are better than any other subway in my opinion.
I love Subway but this location has really bad customer service. They guy makes up his own rules about coupon use and I had never ever been to this location before. I told him I’d go to another store and he told me I’m wasting more money in going somewhere else for what I’ll buy. Talk about loyalty!
I DO NOT recommend going to subway at this location costumer service is horrible, dude that was in there was really rude to me, if I did something he didn’t like like say my order little too fast, or ask for bacon on my sandwich he would respond in a really unnecessary disrespectful tone and would a
Customer service is really bad. The girl who was making a sandwich had an attitude and it not the first time this has happened. If she doesn’t like her job she can find a new one. Having an employee who treats costumers poorly is bad for business. Especially since I usually come here to get lunch.
I was disappointed in this place, I came with my family to eat lunch and they constantly kept telling us to be quiet when we weren’t loud. Place was dirty and the service was rude overall.
Worst first time ever. Only had quarters for a 3.50 cent soap, the lady refused to take it or even give me her name!!!! She yelled at me to get out of the store and demanded I couldn't pay with quarters! No pennies no nickles and dime, I had quarters. She eventually said her name was Salam or someth
