The food is definitively out of this world. So good I have absolutely nothing bad to say about this place. I would highly recommend it to anyone that wants quality service and great food. I will definitely be coming back here.
Drove up from KC to meet friends for a birthday party. I'm certainly glad we picked this wonderful place to have part of our celebration. Great drinks and great food. My only complaint (as it is with most restaurants) is their chicken dish only came with white meat. I opted for the steak special and was not disappointed but sure wish restaurants would start offering us the option of dark meat. Still a great place.
We walked in needing a table for 5 on a Friday, and we didn’t have a reservation. The host was very nice and checked his availability and we were seated in less than 5minutes. Of course none of us had ever been there before and so after learning this our waiter took the time to go over the menu and told us about the specials and then shared his personal recommendations. It’s also important to understand that it’s really hard for us to order a steak at a restaurant when we know that at home we have the best steaks ever. (Thanks to Marshall for raising our beef) However, With Shelby going to college so far from Home and living on a college student budget when we’re finally able to have a meal together she wants steak.
We checked out Yelp and read the reviews and surprisingly we ALL ended up ordering steak in some fashion.
And I still can’t believe it but Everyone had an excellent steak and cheese cake for dessert. But I also want to say it wasn’t just a great meal our waiter was excellent as well!!
Amazing food!!!Our waitress and bartender was wonderful. Very friendly staff and restaurant itself is beautiful. Next time I get to Hastings I'm definitely going to Odyssey. Thank you to the owner and staff for the wonderful dining experience.
Outstanding food, wonderful waitstaff, and we were able to sit outside on their patio with our dogs. Would highly recommend.

The food was OFF THE CHARTS delicious.
The cost of our evening was comparable to other fine dining restaurants. The menu options were great, I had the chicken fried steak (not your ordinary chick fried steak) it is made with a large New York strip and the macaroni & cheese. I was more than full when we left and even brought leftovers home. I can't say enough about the whole experience....IT WAS AWESOME and I know we will return frequently as there are other menu items I must try!! Thank you Jamey and staff.
This place is for real! Steak cuisine for those used to cousin's steak. Have to make reservations cause this ain't Texas Tbone. Central Nebraska is lucky to have this place. Help Jaime and company succeed. Ask for Torrie and tip her handsomely!
Eaten here twice and the food is amazing. They have a great wait staff and the owner/manager is constantly walking around making sure everyone’s food is correct, and to me that speaks for itself as to how well this place does business. Will definitely be back!
The best restaurant experience in Nebraska, the greet and wait staff, menu, atmosphere, tableware, bathrooms, management all executed flawlessly. I had the chicken fried steak (what I laughingly use to benchmark a restaurant), to say it was the best I have ever had is underselling it. The bruschetta , Nebraska salad, Chicken fried steak and cheesecake was one of the finest meals I have ever had. I love the vintage books that the final bill came in, full of signatures and memories. Every restaurant in the state needs to reserve an evening here for a masterclass in how to treat their customers to excellence.
We really enjoyed our evening at Odyssey! Cocktails were excellent, our steaks were cooked perfectly, and our server, Nikki, was fantastic. They didn't have a table available in the dining room, so we sat at a high top in the bar area -- I actually enjoyed it more! It was fun to watch the bartenders and the kitchen workers. We highly recommend Odyssey!
Had a great meal to celebrate a birthday. Specialty drinks were very special infusions; crab cakes mate a wonderful start and the salmon-your-way (buried under the steaks) was delicious. Service was attentive and accurate, conversational without being intrusive.
Was in town for a business trip, decided to give the Odyssey a shot and it didn't disappoint! The Chipotle BBQ Burger and Herb Fries were great!
Modern decor in a late 19th century building gives Odyssey great ambiance. Friendly, attentive wait staff. The food is amazing - elevated menu selections that are very well prepared with interesting and unique sides, beautifully plated. Delicious! Nice selection of wines from a small wine list. Craft cocktails prepared by bartenders who know their business.
First time trying the Odyssey, and I will definitely say we will be back. First the staff was very friendly and attentive. Second the food was great I had the Black and Blue burger and it was fantastic. We sat on the bar side and I love the stone and brick walls they didn't cover really makes thus a neat place to eat.
Great food and service. Not kid friendly for dinner in regards to the menu(staff is great). Recommended for lunch with kids or dinner with adults only.
Hands down the best restaurant In the tri cities from my experience. Top notch service, excellent food and presentation. My wife and I went there for our anniversary and they had saved a specific table for us that was already set up and had a little sign congratulating us. If your looking for a high class dining experience look no further.
