It's a hit or miss unfortunately. The chicken is sometimes dry and cold. The fries are also sometimes cold. We did get a make it right coupon but we went to the one in cottage Grove instead of Hastings big mistake. Arby's in Hastings is a lot better than cottage Grove. When we go back we will update

Just a heads up, giving somebody who asks for ice water a kid's meal water is really insulting. Having to wait 10 minutes for two drinks is also insulting. Occasionally you get a decent sandwich, other times it looks like they chewed up the food and spit it back on the bun.

These guys are great every time I come here. Friendly, fast, clean location including the bathroom and parking lot. And the food was perfect as usual.
