Great potatoes and salads and good customer service

I always enjoy going here, the staff is super friendly and the food is always fresh.

I went to the half store in Turtle Creek mall and they didn't have my bread bowls. I love McAlister's for these. Had to go to this location for it. My favorite Pick 2 is the Half Reuben and the broccoli cheese soup with a bread bowl.

Called to place an order over the phone for my friend to pick up for me and leave at doorstep while I had covid. Actually used to work here, at this location, more than 10yrs ago. It was awesome to take my mini me there and the food was as good as always.

Don't bother ordering delivery, if something happens to your order they won't do anything about because they use door dash. Doesn't matter if you're using the McAlister's app

Delicious food but staff is a little too outgoing. I can't enjoy my food while having to listen to an employee complain to another employee about how their life stinks .

I ordered a club sandwich on 10/21/2021 and the bread quality was not okay. This is one of my favorite items on the menu and I was very disappointed in the freshness of the bread. I really would like something to be done about my unsatisfactory experience.
