Review Cicis Pizza - Hattiesburg

"Cheap" food, at the time of my visit they were only serving two types of pizza (plain with cheese, and plain with nothing). They used to have a special Groupon deal ($9 for two) but it's since been removed. (read edit!) I'd say it's not worth the money, BUUUUT they do let you custom-order pizza for no extra price. Take this Mac & Cheese pizza as an example. Also, if you manage to get the large back room all by yourselves, you can ask the manager to change the channel! Edit: As of sometime around ~March 2019, the Groupon deal has come back. I highly recommend purchasing a buffet combo from there, and I can definitely recommend coming back to this place a few more times with how cheap the prices are thanks to the site. But their sauce bucket is usually left in the open for people to use a sort of soup spoon to pour their cups, resulting in multiple cases where I've either burnt myself due to spilling a bit (you either have to take the spoon out from underneath the protective glass window, or stick your entire hand in the bowl) or noticed a crusty layer on the top. There's been cases where the sauce was too watery, too thick, too crusty (this isn't something that should describe sauce!!), and even sour at one point. Despite this, I'll still give this place a hug recommendation for those with $10 and a friend. TV, small game room, all you can eat buffet - definitely a place to spend an hour if you just want to chill and eat pizza with your buddies. Though, I'd also recommend coming here not for the pizza buffet but for the local shopping centers as well - there's both a pet shop and an icecream shop that you can stop by before/after you're done eating! P.S. You can actually see my dipping cups in one of my pictures where I had some spill out while pouring it. Definitely burnt myself slightly - I wish they'd finally add a sauce pump like people have been recommending.

We enjoyed it the staff was very friendly and they continuously put out fresh food. My only complaint is the ladies bathroom it was filthy. Other than that the food & staff were Great!

Very bad experence. Sat down in not 1 but 3 diffrent broken chairs. Restrooms wear nasty. Food was on the floors. Ive came hear beforeand have have good experences. Today was the last time id go back. .

Plastic forks and knives, To-go cups for dine in, but plastic plates? So you only have to wash half as much? I have to clean my own plate up, and sort it at the trash areas, which also have buckets and cloths there for me to CLEAN MY TABLE? Why don't I just cook my damn food as well?

I like going here with my grandkids because they enjoy the pizza buffet. They have a good selection of pizzas and seem to always have fresh pizza available. Every time I've been there the employees have been friendly and attentive. It has always been clean and in order even though they can be quite busy. I'd recommend this restaurant to anyone who is looking for a restaurant that serves pizza on a buffet. They also have a few games for kids.

This is a pretty good pizza buffet but I do think the pizzas could cook a little longer. They seem to be a little under cooked probably owing to the "fast food" nature. I especially enjoy the brownies but my wife loves the miniature cinnamon rolls. All in all not a bad place to eat especially taking into consideration the price.

We visit this establishment often. I have to say this is the worst experience we have ever had. They were running out of food continuously, they kept putting half empty cold pans of pizza out to keep it looking full. They were allowing kids to go up and fill up plates without a parent being present. They ran out of pasta, then "forgot" to cook more. They remembered after being reminded, and then they actually put it out in the pan and it was burnt!!! The sweet tea that was in the dispenser was soured. The restrooms had no soap and no paper towels. Kudos to the young gentleman that was cleaning the tables, he seemed to be the only one concerned about his job. Needs better Management!!

Shortly after 6pm on 3/24/2019, I went to eat here. I've never bothered writing a review for anything on yelp before; I normally encourage my friends to go eat somewhere in person if I really enjoy it, and if it's just mediocre, well, I just leave it be. Tonight was the third worst experience I've ever had in a restaurant, and the worst one for the atmosphere presented by the physical condition of the store. The staff was scarcely seen, the 'clean' dishes for use at the buffet we had to pick through to find one that at least looked clean, and I saw ants crawling all over the walls. There was next to nothing on the buffet when we came in, there remained nothing on the buffet for at least 15 minutes, and when they did replace the emptied items it appears that literally everyone in the dining area had been waiting on something to actually eat and by the time I got a chance to try and grab something to eat, it was all gone again. I left after the second time this happened, because I had been there for over half an hour at that point and people were still going to sit back down with empty plates because it was gone again before I even got up there. And there was no one visible behind the counter anywhere for me to speak to. Now, I understand it takes a while to make a pizza. I understand when restaurants get busy. But I have been to that restaurant many, many times over the time I've lived in Hattiesburg and I've never seen it in that sort of state. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt because of the construction outside and the time of evening it was, but the place was only half full of customers, everything was filthy, the discarded ice from drinks was piled up so high under the drink machine you could barely fit your cup in to fill it, and the staff was practically hiding. I don't think I'm going to be able to go back there after my experience today, and I'm disappointed, because I've been going there for 8 or so years without any problems before this.
