Not a Great visit. Out of 4 kiosk, only 1 worked. So once we finally got ordered, Had to run down my food. Then not to mention, once we got to get started eating, my husband realized that his drink was missing. So, once again I had to hightail it back to the front counter. All in All, Not the best visit.

This store is not true to it's open signs on door. Went here 5-13-22 at 8pm there was cars in the drive thru out to the open road, so I parked with other vehicles in the parking lot there was also people inside ordering but the doors were locked. Normally this place would get 5 stars but to be closed this early on the weekend is unacceptable. Went down the road to the other McDonald's and they were open, but I didn't order I just wanted to see if it was all or just this one. I went to a competitor and got my order no problem.

The nuggets are reliable but there's always one wrong thing on my order. Not my drink, can't find my mobile order, wrong size, little stuff like that.

Somehow, Someway, everytime i order from this place wether it be inside or off doordash service is obsurdly slow. What takes nuggets and a quarter pounder an hour? :(

They are still my favorite place to stop since I was a kid! They've even got some funny stuff members that makes it all that more enjoyable to come back. Guy that works nights in the drive thru, who's a new hire in training, they need to keep that guy around. Nothing like a good laugh to ease your day. And the rest of the staff qnd manager's just played along like yeah...🙄. we know...he's a basket-case.😒. 🤣🤣🤣

It's McDonalds & you go in with low expectations. I ordered coffee and fries with one person ahead of me waiting on their order. My 1st cup of coffee came out wrong and when it was said and done, it took over 10 minutes to get a cup of coffee & an order of fries. Upside was, they had to make a fresh pot of coffee to make my 2nd cup.

They couldn't understand me because of my broken nose and Michigan accent. They made it right and I apologized and showed my broken nose. Very kind and helpful manager. Highly recommend their integrity

I've never had such bad customer service as I did today. evidently at this location the customer is always right motto is not something that they abide by. the request I ask for has been done it every single other McDonalds locations in hattiesburg and petal. this is the one and only McDonalds that refused to help me. I'll never go to this McDonalds location again and I will recommend to everyone that I know to never go to this location because the customer service is the most horrible customer service I've ever experienced

My husband and I stopped at this store to pick up supper for our sons. We stopped back from the speaker to confirm what they wanted to eat. When we pulled up, there was a lot of laughter on the speaker. My husband waited to be asked for his order but all we continued to hear was laughing. My husband said hello and the response was “I said can I help you”. My husband, being the kind person he is, ordered and had to repeat his order at least twice. They were also rude when we got to the window to get our order. This store is NOTHING like it was 20 years ago when my husband and I both worked for Ron and Chad Williams. It is filled with lazy, rude people who do not understand how customer service works. Obviously Ron and Chad may need to spend some quality time in their stores.

The people are usually nice, work fast, and they have good customer service from my experiences. I once accidentally said the wrong thing and didn't realize until I got it, and they gave me the right item for no extra charge.
