I went there on 3/16/2022!! When you order your food the cashier wasn't pleasant at all. The food wasn't good the grits were under cooked. They were hard, the meat was cold & hard. The eggs weren't cooked the way I order them. My experience at that Wards was a bad one.
The cashier by the name of kalisa had a very nasty attitude. I asked her to tell the cooks to make sure my scrambled eggs were done because last time they were runny, she looked at me rolled her eyes and twisted her hand in a motion as to hurry up and finish ordering. I ordered a milkshake when I got the it, it was ice cream in a cup. No milk and wasn't shaking. Had to eat with spoon because it wouldn't come through the straw. Do better Ward's!

The food was good. Unfortunately they seem to be having staffing issues so there was only one person running the entire front end so it took a little bit to receive my food. But she was in good spirits and capable of doing the job. Overall positive experience.
