The food here is good, but their service can use some improvement. I ordered togo today, and when I received my order there was not a fork for my side and my drink was just an empty cup inside the bag. Not only did I pay for a drink I didn't receive, I also tipped online only to find out the workers

We love CSC and H'burg location is consistent with chain's food; however, they lack the great greeting element and bathroom maintenance. (Broken toilet seat was tricky.)
