Everything is good just like every other Panera. The parking is somewhat tricky during luch and early evening time around 6:30 to 7pm. If you are a cautious driver I recommend you to park the car all the way in where there is open ground space with no lines.

I’m a long time patron. The food is great. overall the customer service is great. The only problem with this location is lunch time you will be waiting a long time you can’t get in and out other than that there are no complaints. I will keep going here I just try to avoid lunchtime.

This is definitely one of the better Panera locations for sip club members. There is quite a wide selection of teas and coffees as well as foundation beverages. However, regular drinks and dishes are super expensive here and not worth the price. My friend's small smoothie alone cost almost $8! Definitely not worth that price!

I wrote the above 3 years ago, still agree. Except that the portion size, at least in our salads today, 1 was to the top of the bowl. 3 yrs ago it was over the top and full to the cover. The other was even less full.

The worst breakfast ever!!! Soggy, stingy, tiny and bland all for $5.00 could have had an amazing Long Island deli egg Sammie for $3.00 and had a superior experience. Totally soured my experience at Panera and I have no plan to go back. Do not waste your money or time.

Just went to the Panera in Hauppauge and ordered a bagel with cream cheese, I guess they are out of Panera cream cheese so they serve Philadelphia instead, I got to work and realize that they had serve this there was no mention. Panera claims to be "clean food" Philadelphia certainly is not "clean". If I had known that was what they were serving I would not have purchased the bagel...
