The DD on Motor Parkway is clean and the young man behind the register exhibited professionalism. The cook seemed cranky, no smile, no good morning, but she made everything to perfection. So I want to tell her whatever she may have been going through, I have said a prayer on her behalf.
I usually come here on Fridays to splurge a bit. LOVE their peach mango, strawberry passion fruit drinks with green tea to pair with a doughnut or muffin. The staff is nothing less than friendly and attentive which makes me happy to visit again.
Briyana is so nice, and she is training a new employee with such patience (these days, it's hard to find people like her).
This location offers the friendliest and most consistent service in the area. My coffee requests are always perfect. And the best doughnut flavors are fresh and on the shelf. Which is why I drive past 2 other shops to grab my cup of Joe when I need a pick me up.
Drive thru only, waited close to 10 minutes and when I got home 10 min later my coffee was full of grinds, not sure how whoever made it didn't notice. I had to back another 10 min drive to replace it no issue.
This Dunkin has to be the best one I've visited. Their doughnuts are fresh everytime I've been. Coffee is GREAT, and I love the staff so polite and fast. My favorite so far.
Unlike most dunkin donuts their customer service was great. Very polite, quick, and friendly. Clean store, coffee/food always taste on point.
This location is usually very busy but the staff does an amazing job!

MY FAVORITE Dunkin Donuts on Long Island. The employees work very fast you can count on being in and out faster than at 99% of other coffee shops. On the weekend I have to go to a different Dunkin Donuts that isn't on my commuting route and the place sucks, the place on Motor Pkwy has it together.
Service was outstanding. Product consistently good.
Parking lot for this location gets one star, VERY difficult to navigate, too many giant trucks and bad drivers.
