Most every trip is spot on but there have been a few fails. I'm sure it's the turnover rate and most likely new hires just learning. Completely understandable. I will always return because I support my local Havana businesses.
Nikeria gives outstanding customer service, it’s becoming rarer to find an employee who says she’s the best salad maker🤗and she is right..she smiled asked me my name and says “ask for me when you come in”:) this is great service, and the other employee was friendly as well! This will make me go out of my way through Havana to eat at this establishment! Thank you for making my evening⭐️

Okay so on television is been going around that Subway has this new garlic bread. I wanted to go ahead and give it a shot so I went in the store asked for it and unfortunately it's not garlic bread is a garlic spread so you have to add the cheese to make it look exactly like it does on television which is extra. They give you the choice between a meatball sub and a Spicy I got the spicy and it was delicious but like I said the advertisement on TV is incorrect it's not garlic bread it's a garlic spread and you have to pay extra so to me honestly it wasn't worth it but it was still a great sandwich.
Service was as expected at this particular location. Subway is our family's happy medium for default and traveling. Keeps us from high calorie burgers, tenders, and fries. Easy to find on the road. The price point is competitive for fast food. Accessible. Going in and ordering your food so you can pick out what you want and see them make it takes less time than sitting in 85% of other restaurants drive-thru.

Very nice and respectful young ladies! They have the BEST cookies in town with a special going on for $5 a dozen. I will be returning for more of the soft and delicious cookies.

The sandwich artist that made our sandwiches was very knowledgeable and courteous to all the customers that came into this Subway she did a very good job keep up the good work
Always a clean site in Havana. Turn over of help seems often, but everybody greets you and is nice.
Fixing my sandwich the way i want is a great reason to head to Subway.
Very clean store bathroom excellent and those ladies really know how to make a good sandwich it was the delicious it was my first time I will go again
