Just the best and kindest staff. The drinks are delicious and the staff are nice and welcoming even on the phone when you have questions. I want to highlight the manager Joe who was very understanding when my doordash driver got my order wrong. Him and another staff were so kind and made sure I got the correct order.
How they treat their customers makes a big difference especially during this time. Big thank you to Peet’s staff!!!

Even though they forgot the cinnamon on my birthday drink, it was delicious. The team were kind and helpful when I asked questions (not regarding the aforementioned cinnamon). I would give 4.5, if possible, 5 if I my drink was perfect.

The staff was nice. I was greeted by 3 different people and checked on by people working on other things. :-) I asked for a straw, but remembered I brought my own. They did have them available upon request.
