Due to COVID-19 pandemic crisis the golf course closed down in 2020. It is now a COVID-19 vaccination and testing location operated by a company called La Familia Community Services.
This place is so beautiful. We been there on a rainy day. It was so peaceful and so calm. Nice place to visit.
It really was a young and vibrant, extremely friendly staff that administered my focus vaccine. The parking lot staff included. Just at very warm, friendly, welcoming, comforting, just a good experience. And it was extra special for me, being tat imnot find of the indoors,vi greatly appreciated the fresh air I could breathe while Gettysburg Ng vaccinated outdoors.
Very well maintained. Flat and very forgiving. Reasonable price. I was there on a weekday. Never on weekend. Holes 15 to 18 are close to the flight path of the airport next to the course. So it can be a distraction but tolerable. I could not tolerate Sunnyvale Muni golf course near 101 and 237 though.
It's a typical public course. Rough is a little deep, greens are in good, not great, condition. Perks are that it's flat and fairly wide open. You get what you pay for. No beverage cart but they have a driving range and practice green. No chipping that I was aware of. It can get a bit noisy with the airport next door.
Received a shir outside with nature. Took the edge off for getting my vaccine outdoors in the fresh bay breeze. So yeah, booster 1 of 2 🤗
